Impersonation. Y menos mal...
Hazy IPA · 5,5% ABV

The palate is round and balanced, with a medium-light body, moderate bitterness, and a dry, refreshing finish. Originating in Franconia (Germany), these "cellar beers" were poured directly from the barrels in rural breweries, capturing the freshness and simplicity of local consumption.
Dark in color with ruby highlights and a persistent head. Aromas of roasted malt, dark bread, and mild cocoa. Inspired by the original recipe that has been part of our history for over a decade, this new version from AKER redefines the concept of the classic West Coast IPA. Maintaining its hoppy essence, this reinterpretation opts for a more citrusy, fruity, and modern profile, with a silky texture that softens the style's characteristic bitterness without sacrificing its identity.
