Inspired by the original recipe that has been part of our history for over a decade, this new version from AKER redefines the concept of the classic West Coast IPA. Maintaining its hoppy essence, this reinterpretation opts for a more citrusy, fruity, and modern profile, with a silky texture that softens the style's characteristic bitterness without sacrificing its identity.

From the field to our brewery. Bidassoa Harvest celebrates the annual harvest with a limited edition brewed with fresh hops from Queen Country Hop Farm (Olite), just 35 km from home. An explosion of herbaceous and citrus aromas evokes the freshly harvested fields. On the palate, it displays a medium body and a balance between herbal and cereal notes, with hints of citrus and a lingering, resinous, bitter finish. A vibrant beer, marked by its terroir.

A collaboration with the legendary Mahr's Bräu, a tribute to Bavarian mastery and the strength of tradition. Motte is a golden Helles Bock, rich in malt and full-bodied, with aromas of freshly baked bread and delicate floral nuances. Its clean finish and creamy head seal an experience that combines technical precision and timeless brewing spirit: a liquid ode to German elegance.

Dark in color with ruby ​​highlights and a persistent head. Aromas of roasted malt, dark bread, and mild cocoa. On the palate, it is light, with balanced flavors of coffee, dark caramel, and a low bitterness that leaves a dry and elegant finish. A dark lager that masterfully combines depth and lightness.

Hazy IPA is intensely aromatic and refreshing, with a pronounced tropical profile featuring pineapple, mango, and passion fruit over a herbal and citrus base.
