EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges and returns of our products are accepted within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To process any exchange or return, the customer must contact us within this period.

Once your order has been confirmed, please note that any change or modification to it will require the cancellation of the original order and the placement of a new one. The shipping period for the new order will begin from the date of its confirmation.

If the exchange or return is due to an error on the part of Naparbier S.L. in the preparation of the order, the shipping costs will be covered by us. If Naparbier S.L. detects an error made by the customer at the time of purchase, the customer will be responsible for the costs generated by the return and, where applicable, the shipping costs of the new order.

Upon receipt of the order, the customer must check the products and, if any defect or damage is detected, must contact us within a 48-hour period from the date of receipt.

Naparbier S.L. may request one or more forms of evidence from the buyer in order to determine the damage or defects and to correctly manage the exchange or return.

Once the verification process has been completed and where applicable, a courier will be sent to replace or collect the merchandise. If damage is detected at the time of delivery, the customer must record this on the delivery note provided by the transport company.
